2. Complete a short online health questionnaire

Practitioner-guided treatments start with a secure online health questionnaire instead of an Add to Cart button. It takes a few minutes and covers your history, medications and goals.

3. A licensed provider reviews your information

A licensed provider reviews your questionnaire and decides whether treatment is appropriate. Submitting a questionnaire does not guarantee a prescription.

4. Discreet delivery

If prescribed, your treatment is dispensed by a licensed pharmacy partner and shipped in plain, unbranded packaging with tracking. Supplements, skincare and kits ship directly from our store.
