ACCESS provides technology, navigation, and marketplace services. Clinical services are delivered by independent licensed medical providers through affiliated clinical partners. Prescriptions are issued only when medically appropriate and are fulfilled by licensed pharmacy partners. ACCESS is not a pharmacy. HIPAA, SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001 and LegitScript compliance are maintained by the licensed clinical platform that supports ACCESS care, not by ACCESS itself.
